Shortcut Europe 2018 meeting will be dedicated to ‘Exploring Cultural Spaces’– the new and unexpected spaces that cultural centres are creating by interacting with and transforming their environment.
We propose two days filled with challenging speakers, study visits and presentations on the evolution of organisational and economic paradigms; with testimonies on the impact of going European or joining a network. Two days to explore how cultural centres have evolved and adapted to new challenges, and ask ourselves what is the role and place of artists in our work and how opening as organisations towards European projects and cooperation can operate shifts in our communities.
On 25th of April, in Turnhout, where our organisation was founded, the ENCC will celebrate also 25 years of representing cultural centres at the European and global level.
Join us from 25th to 27th of April in Turnhout!
